We were freight operators who got tired of telling customers we'd "find out and call them back." The same call would loop through three subcontractors before reaching anyone who actually had the answer — and by then the buyer had already chased the customer twice.
We started doing it differently — direct contracts with the ocean lines, our own customs entry team, our own operators on every file. No layered subcontracting. No "depends on the carrier" shrugs. Real dates, real updates.
Today we work out of Flushing, New York, with carrier and broker partnerships at every major origin port in Asia and Europe. Importers come to us when they would rather pay a little more for a real ETA than save 5% and explain a delay to their own customer.

Rate quotes have numbers, not ranges. Transit estimates have dates, not "around 14 days". If we don't know yet, we say so — and tell you when we will.
